Josefina J. Card, PhD, is Founder and President of Sociometrics Corporation. She is an expert at translating behavioral and social health research findings into products and services for use by researchers and practitioners alike. Her fields of expertise are HIV/AIDS and teen pregnancy prevention. She is also an expert at evaluation research, training, and strategic plan development. Full Vitae  
Tamara Kuhn, MA is Sociometrics' Vice President and a Senior Research Scientist. Her expertise is in the design and programming of social science-related technology. She oversees Sociometrics corporate and project-related technology and leads the production and dissemination of Sociometrics' data products and is currently the principal investigator/co-investigator on projects related to child and adolescent mental health, and HIV prevention for older adults. Carmela Lomonaco
Carmela Lomonaco, PhD is a Vice President and Senior Research Associate..   Her areas of expertise include adolescent risk behaviors, multimedia applications for positive youth development, pediatric health care disparities, translational and dissemination science. Her focus is on increasing the reach and depth of the teen pregnancy prevention archive, integrating global interventions in the HIV/AIDS archive, and developing the Sociometrics portfolio in youth violence prevention. Luba Botcheva, PhD is a Senior Research Associate. Her areas of focus are child and adolescent development, and child and adolescent behavioral/public health and education. Shayna Cunningham
Shayna Cunningham, PhD is a Senior Research Associate and Director of Data Products and Services at Sociometrics. Her research focuses on the development and evaluation of health promotion programs and program replication issues including how to adapt empirically-validated interventions for diverse populations. She also leads the development of monitoring and evaluation systems for private sector contracts. Biosketch  
Wendi M. Pardini Estelita
Wendi M. Pardini Estelita is Sociometrics' Senior Financial Associate. Her areas of expertise are financial and personnel administration. Currently she oversees fiscal operations with responsibility for accounting, financial analysis and treasury. Biosketch  
Lynn Gale
Lynn Gale, PhD is Sociometrics on-staff Statistician. She consults on quantitative research projects at Sociometrics. Her expertise is in statistical and graphical analyses of data in behavioral and social science research. Biosketch  
Rachel Golden
Rachel Golden, DrPH, MPH is a Senior Research Associate at Sociometrics. Dr. Golden, a maternal, child, and adolescent health researcher, has specific interests in reproductive health, fetal and infant mortality, childhood immunizations, and health promotion programs. Her expertise includes planning and evaluation research using quantitative and qualitative methods. Her current work focuses on HIV/AIDS program development, implementation, evaluation, and replication for diverse populations. Biosketch

Richard Hassen
Richard Hassen is a Graphic Designer. His work includes collaborating on a project for HAPPRA, the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Replication and Adaptation, by designing for educational Adobe Flash multimedia presentations. Biosketch  
Jack Hennessee is a Research Assistant. He assists staff on a number of ongoing projects and provides corporate research support when needed.  
Peggy Hennesee

Charles Klein
Charles Klein, JD, PhD is a Senior Research Associate and anthropologist specializing in HIV prevention, sexual health, and program planning and evaluation in the United States and Brazil. Prior to coming to Sociometrics, he worked as a health program planner at the San Francisco Department of Public Health and Associate Director at the National Sexuality Resource Center. His current work focuses on program adaptation/replication and the use of new communication technologies to promote sexual health. Biosketch  
Alejandra V. Moreno
Alejandra V. Moreno is a Senior Research Assistant.   She is currently responsible for supporting Principal Investigators in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing research aimed at the development of health promotion programs. Biosketch  
Emily Nishioka Newman, MA is a Research Associate.  She is currently involved in the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Archive. Prior to coming to Sociometrics, she did survey research for the University of Chicago and worked at the San Francisco Clinical Research Center as a Research Coordinator.Biosketch

Shobana Raghupathy
Shobana Raghupathy, PhD is a Senior Research Associate at Sociometrics. Her areas of expertise include adolescent high- risk behaviors, substance abuse prevention, program evaluation, and research methods. She is currently overseeing projects related to computer-mediated drug prevention among Native Americans, and internet-based survey methods. Biosketch
